We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with sports coaching experience to join our inclusive and forward-thinking school in Stoke-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support across the curriculum, with a focus on Physical Education (PE) and wellbeing.
  • Foster a positive, active learning environment where students can thrive and develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Assist in the implementation of differentiated learning strategies that cater to the individual needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Promote student engagement through creative, active sessions that encourage collaboration, growth mindset, and self-confidence.
  • Support the planning and delivery of sports activities, encouraging student participation, sportsmanship, and holistic development.
