Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support across the curriculum, with a focus on Physical Education (PE) and wellbeing.
- Foster a positive, active learning environment where students can thrive and develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Assist in the implementation of differentiated learning strategies that cater to the individual needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Promote student engagement through creative, active sessions that encourage collaboration, growth mindset, and self-confidence.
- Support the planning and delivery of sports activities, encouraging student participation, sportsmanship, and holistic development.
- A passion for education and a belief in the power of physical activity to enhance learning.
- Experience in sports coaching, with a strong understanding of how to integrate sport and wellbeing into the broader curriculum.
- Ability to support children with diverse learning needs, including SEND, in a compassionate and inclusive manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- An adaptable, proactive, and resourceful team player who is committed to the school's vision of promoting personal growth and academic success.
