We’re building a brand-new team to support three individuals in Darlington with complex needs in long-term supported living services. These packages are high-priority and demand consistency, compassion, and clinical professionalism.

You’ll work in 2:1 or 3:1 packages delivering structured, trauma-informed support in a safe, calm environment. If you’ve worked in Autism, PBS, LD, or complex mental health, and you genuinely care about making a difference – we want to hear from you.

Who We Are

Harmony Healthcare is a CQC-regulated provider of complex care, supporting both adults and children across the UK. We deliver nurse-led and community-based services with strong clinical governance, robust systems, and a commitment to safe, high-quality care. We don’t use agency staff, and we invest heavily in training and team consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily routines and structured activities
  • Managing behaviors that challenge using Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
  • Providing personal care, emotional reassurance, and practical help
  • Ensuring safety and dignity at all times
  • Working shifts including waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 12 months’ experience in Autism, LD, or Mental Health
  • Reliable, calm and resilient approach
  • Clear enhanced DBS or willing to apply
  • Available to start ASAP
