Sounds great, what will I be doing?

This role coordinates a frontline service supporting refugees at risk of or experiencing homelessness across seven West London boroughs. It involves applying housing legislation to secure accommodation, sustain

tenancies, and meet financial targets. The role requires case management, client engagement, partnership building, and developing co-produced plans to support integration. It also includes property viewings, safeguarding, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring clients access longer-term support to maintain stable housing

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. Here's What The Team Will Be Looking For

You will need to have the experience/knowledge of Housing and Homelessness legislation in relation to private rented housing and rough sleeping. Alongside this you will need to have previously sourced housing, negotiated with property owners, and be good at maintaining productive business relationships. You will need to understand welfare benefits and tenancy legislation as well. You must be able to stay within the realms of what is achievable whilst demonstrating empathy and understanding to help people into accommodation.
