Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Specialist Learning Facilitator to join our dedicated and supportive team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide enhanced support for learners with a wider range of SEND, including more complex needs
  • Play a key role in delivering and reviewing individual support plans and EHCP outcomes
  • Support colleagues through sharing effective practice and inclusive strategies
  • Contribute more significantly to learner progress tracking, feedback and multi-agency working
  • Promote independence and prepare learners for their next steps into adulthood, employment or further study

This post is full time, permanent, term time only, working 37 weeks per year.
