About The Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef who’s passionate about innovation and excellence in the kitchen. At Six by Nico, every six weeks brings a new menu, giving you endless opportunities to refine your craft, explore new flavours, and push the boundaries of modern cuisine. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to grow both personally and professionally.

As our Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, playing a vital role in leading our energetic kitchen team. You’ll ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen is a work of art, and you’ll lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and high standards.
