Are you an experienced Lead Business Analyst, or similar, ready for that next step in your career? Are you looking for more autonomy to apply your incredible business analysis and digital solutions expertise and drive real change? If this sounds like you, we may just have that perfect next step for you…

We’re ecstatic to be recruiting for a digital Solutions Delivery Manager, a brand new role here at Community Gateway Association (CGA). This role will be key in driving our digital transformation strategy, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and combines technical acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking.

What will you be doing in this role?

As our Solutions Delivery Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of business solutions that improve the way we work and the services we offer our communities.

Reporting to our Head of Digital, Data & Technology, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Business Analysts and working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, shape requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of digital and system changes.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of solutions—whether process changes, new systems, or enhancements—ensuring they are aligned to organisational priorities and deliver measurable value. You will provide coaching and direction to BAs, helping them grow in confidence and capability, while also being hands-on in shaping solution designs, validating requirements, and managing project delivery timelines.

You’ll work in close partnership with IT, Infrastructure, external vendors, and service leads to ensure that our technology is usable, useful, and impactful—and that changes land successfully with end users.

What are we looking for in you?

  • You will have experience leading delivery of business or digital solutions in a fast-paced organisation.
  • You can inspire and support a small team to deliver high-quality work and develop their skills.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • You are confident managing backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans, and know how to adapt when priorities change.
  • You will hold an appropriate professional qualification or certification in business analysis, product management or project management or similar (e.g. AgilePM, TOGAF, Prince2, SAFe, SCRUM)

It is expected that applicants will live in an easily commutable distance to Preston (PR2) where our head office is based.
