As a Service Architect, you will play a pivotal role within our Service Architecture team, working at the heart of our customer and partner engagement strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams, technical specialists, partners, and end customers to shape, design, and present innovative service solutions that deliver real business value.

This is a highly influential, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of complex, multi-service opportunities—translating customer challenges into compelling, scalable service propositions. You’ll not only apply and evolve our existing service portfolio but also help shape new offerings, positioning yourself as a thought leader within the business.   • Proven experience in a Service Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Managed Services, Professional Services, and support models
  • Broad technical knowledge across IT infrastructure (Networking, Compute, and Public Cloud)
  • Demonstrable experience designing and scoping complex, multi-service solutions
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including pricing and solution modelling
  • Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders up to CxO level
  • ITIL Foundation (or higher) qualification
