What You’ll Be Doing

Partner closely with sales teams to design and position Modern Workplace solutions that solve real business challenges

Act as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys

Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical conversations that inspire confidence and drive adoption

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes

Support partners in building scalable, profitable cloud practices

Stay ahead of industry trends, especially across AI, security, and productivity platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner experiences

The Impact You’ll Make

You’ll play a critical role in helping partners modernise how their customers work — enabling productivity, security, and collaboration at scale. Your expertise will directly influence revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and the broader success of Pax8’s Modern Workplace strategy.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role

Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way

Extensive experience working with partners or customers to design cloud solutions

Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business value

Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI-driven solutions

Salary & Benefits

• UK: £40,000 - £60,000 plus £16,000 OTE (uncapped)
• Sweden: SEK530,000 - SEK760,000 plus SEK230,000 OTE (uncapped)

Background Checks
