Check out the video on our Magic Group Career page for a glimpse on what we're building!

This isn’t your average entry-level role — it’s a launchpad. You’ll be supporting a cutting-edge social media team already driving 1 billion+ views a month across 100+ viral channels, while learning the ropes of social strategy, operations, and channel growth.

Why This Role?

You’ll be working closely with the team, led by Julius Dein (CEO with 70M+ followers) , world-class creatives, operators, and growth experts. We're already hitting 1B+ views a month and scaling fast.

This is your chance to be in the room, learn from the best, and grow with us.

Qualities We’re Looking For

A sharp, proactive mindset — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Obsession with systems, structure, and keeping things moving smoothly

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the team on the admin and execution side of content posting — uploading, scheduling, and organizing content across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram

Helping keep the channel growth engine organized and flowing

Assisting with strategy and experimentation — what’s working, what needs testing

Helping build and refine internal processes and automation tools to save time and scale faster

Spotting basic trends and opportunities — and flagging them to the team

Bonus Points If You Have

A passion for AI / AI-generated content — even better if you’re curious about how it’s changing content creation

Any experience running social pages, editing short-form video, or using tools like Notion, Zapier, or ChatGPT

Who You Are

PASSIONATE ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA!

Highly organized and can multi-task while keeping the details straight

A team player who’s curious and coachable — you’re eager to learn and grow

Obsessively on top of trends, memes, and new platform features

Why The Magic Group?

The Magic Group, founded by Julius Dein, is a tight-knit, high-output team of 30+ creatives and operators. We run over 100 social channels and generate more than a billion views a month.

We believe in building fast, learning fast, and sharing the wins.

If you’re hungry, humble, and ready to move, we’ll teach you everything we know.
