Basic Salary: £28,000

Realistic Year One OTE: £42.5k+

What You'll Do:

• Sell energy consultancy services to SME clients via phone and in person
• Convert leads, close deals, and build a healthy sales pipeline
• Attend SME expos and networking events to drive new business
• Deliver standout customer experiences throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-sell opportunities and campaigns
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• At least 1.5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (any industry)
• Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivation, drive, and a hunger to succeed
• A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment
