- Operate in departments such as main butchery, slaughter, primal, or middle debone
- Work effectively within a team to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow
- Support product consistency and quality through precision and attention to detail
- Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment
We’re looking for dependable and adaptable individuals with a strong work ethic.
You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in butchery or slaughter, ideally within a production environment (training can be provided)
- A high level of attention to detail and good observational skills
- Self-motivation and reliability in a team setting
