Exciting opportunity to join a leading Civil Contractor in a diverse and fast-paced role supporting our project team, based at our brand new project in West Ipswich. As a Site Administrator, You will build strong relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all projects, with tasks including:

Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in an administration role within the construction industry or similar.

Exciting opportunity to join a leading Civil Contractor in a diverse and fast-paced role supporting our project team, based at our brand new project in West Ipswich. As a Site Administrator, You will build strong relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all projects, with tasks including:
- General administration support, including issuing and matching purchase orders
- Document control
- Keeping project folders up to date
- Compliance administration support (assisting with QA)
- Input of data in various site registers
- General coordination of all site documentation (e.g. printing, copying, filing etc)
About You
Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in an administration role within the construction industry or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills along with ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport
