We’re recruiting for a full‑time, permanent Shift Manager, working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shifts. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Team Managers and operational colleagues, ensuring your shift runs safely, efficiently and in line with performance expectations.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and motivate Team Managers and colleagues to achieve KPIs and operational targets
- Ensure safe working practices are always followed, driving a strong health & safety culture
- Manage performance, conduct, absence and training requirements across your shift
- Deliver effective shift briefs, operational handovers and communication updates
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and operational standards
- Proven experience managing teams in a high‑volume warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solution‑focused approach and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to build strong working relationships and support team development
- Excellent organisational skills and commitment to safety and compliance
