As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

Join our team as a SHEQ Advisor for our Gas Contract! You'll provide essential SHEQ support and guidance to operational management, ensuring timely advice and reports.

Your role includes developing and communicating SHEQ documentation, monitoring policies, and implementing health and safety campaigns. You'll also support company awards and accreditations, oversee occupational health surveillance, and liaise with various departments.

This position offers a mix of remote and site work, perfect for a proactive professional with strong SHEQ experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a SHEQ function within civils or construction would be beneficial
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining CDM requirements, in particular at site level.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks as required.
  • Experience of developing and reviewing reports, policies, and procedures
  • Used to working as part of team and on own initiative to meet expectations and tight timescales.
