You’ll be producing high-quality aircraft components using stretch forming and associated fabrication techniques, within a team that values precision, process, and pride in the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Stretch forming of aircraft sheet metal components
• Marking out, cutting, and forming materials to specification
• Working from engineering drawings, templates, and work instructions
• Using hand tools and mechanical aids including presses and forming equipment
• Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, compliant, and controlled working environment
  
  

Requirements

• Time-served apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Work or similar
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sheet metal forming processes
• Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and consistent workmanship
