We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Serving Assistant.
About The Role
Your focus as a Serving Assistant will be serving meals to our residents in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner, following The Hawthorns procedures.

About The Role

- Courteously serving meals to our residents.
- Restocking the food and beverage areas when required.
- Reviewing the menu and taking residents' orders.
- Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the dining areas.

Our Ideal Candidate Must
- Have demonstratable experience working in a similar environment or a hospitality-related background.
- Be enthusiastic, passionate about customer service with a helpful and hands-on attitude.
- Have the ability to work as an individual and part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
- Be punctual, reliable and pay attention to the finer details.
