We have an exciting new opportunity for a Services Sales Administrator to join our expanding team. This is a brand-new role, putting you right at the heart of our bustling sales operations.
You'll be instrumental in keeping our Services Sales Team running like a well-oiled machine. Your day-to-day will involve the seamless and efficient handling of customer sales inquiries, generating quotes, processing orders with precision, and coordinating smoothly across our internal teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales enquiries: handle enquiries for solar, heat pumps, and EV solutions, and prepare essential sales documentation (quotes, contracts).
- Maintain accurate CRM: maintain records for all sales activities and leads.
- Project and Order Coordination: resolve order issues by liaising with operations, finance, and other internal teams.
- Manage sales inboxes: including assign leads and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries.
- Generate sales performance: reports and provide administrative support for service contracts and aftercare.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with proven experience in a sales administration role, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll need the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities and be proficient in CRM systems. Experience developing and applying Macros in Microsoft Excel and using Microsoft Publisher would be a significant advantage.
Essential:
- Proven experience in a customer-focused or sales administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in utilising CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred but not essential)
Desirable:
- Experience in the renewable energy, utilities, or home services sector.
- Knowledge of solar PV, Battery Storage, EV charging, or heat pump systems.
- Interest in sustainability and the energy transition.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher and a good understanding of developing and applying Macros in Microsoft Excel.
