As a Service Technician at Element Logic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our customers' technical equipment. You'll also play a key role in the installation of new sales and extensions, serving as the commissioning expert. Your work will directly impact the smooth operation and long-term performance of our solutions, ensuring our customers get the most value from their investments.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance tasks according to the manuals and processes provided by Element Logic
- Perform equipment repairs and spare parts replacements following Element Logic's detailed procedures
- Report on all completed tasks to our back-office teams and team leader
- Prepare reports on service visits and TOD’s for Customers
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and communicate the importance of preventative maintenance
- Managing spares for van, customers and internal stock.
- Electrical knowledge – An ability to fault find, read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Mechanical competence – hands on with an ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings.
- Remote troubleshooting skills - you can search for and implement solutions via the software tools provided by Element Logic.
- Continuous learning - you'll complete internal and supplier-led training to stay up to date
- Certifications – MEWP 3A &3B along with FLT (reach/counterbalance) preferred,
- HSE- Recognised experience with RAMS, and an ability to edit and amend.
- System knowledge - you'll gain expertise in Element Logic's proprietary software.
- IT/PC literate.
- Customer-focused mindset - you enjoy working directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Troubleshooting mindset - you take pride in your ability to investigate issues and recommend the right solutions
- Proactive and adaptable - you're comfortable working independently and navigating new challenges
- Strong communicator - you can explain technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms
- Team worker- An ability to work well within the team or independently as required
