Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for candidates to join our team on a 9-month FTC, the successful candidate will receive in-depth training while working for a large, global Finance-Technology company with excellent progression opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for candidates to join our team on a 9-month FTC, the successful candidate will receive in-depth training while working for a large, global Finance-Technology company with excellent progression opportunities.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Representing the client in a professional manner
- Managing rent receipts, rental records, rent queries and rent arrears
- Managing insurance payments, refunds and recharges along with associated spreadsheets
- Managing mortgages including capital repayments, loan redemptions, mortgage payment failures and updating mortgage balances on the system
- Managing the property bank accounts and surplus balances distributions
- Making property invoice payments and maintaining associated spreadsheets
- Processing VAT transactions in preparation for monthly VAT returns
- Dealing with property and mortgage ownership transactions and changes in ownership.
- Ability to take and make telephone calls
- Liaising with valuers, pension members, HMRC and professional advisers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications with Excel capability to at least an intermediate level
- Some accountancy, mortgage and/or property experience would be an advantage
- Excellent numerical ability, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Credit control and property management useful to have
- First class verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-focussed, professional and courteous working manner
- Commitment to and awareness of the team and changing workloads
- Flexibility and a willingness to get involved
- Ability to meet deadlines, taking personal ownership to achieve team goals
- General administration experience
