Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the flying programme and escalating service impacts.
• Managing and verifying operational data for reporting and billing.
• Preparing and publishing weekly/monthly reports and trend analyses.
• Chairing the Weekly Joint Service Delivery Meeting.
• Supporting the Service Credit Regime and assisting with NCI and Enhanced Performance reports.
• Managing the FOps Metrics system and responding to data-related queries.
• Supporting NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) actions for ATr aircraft.
• Deputising for the Service Delivery Governance Manager during absences.
• Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and contributing to continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Confident in presenting data and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experienced in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ideally familiar with airline operations and terminology.
