This role can be based in Waipara or Yaldhurst CLAAS Harvest Centres, or both. This is a permanent part-time role and we can offer flexible days and times for 25 to 32.5 hours per week.


Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy being the go-to person behind the scenes? Here’s what your days will look like:

• Wrapping up service jobs and making sure the paperwork’s sorted.
• Raising purchase orders and sending out invoices.
• Managing warranty claims for the branch.
• Being the friendly voice for all customer queries.
• Lending a hand to the management team with day-to-day tasks.

You are an experienced administrator who

• Is super organised and love helping a team work smarter.
• Stays calm under pressure and bring a positive attitude to the table.
• Is a great communicator and comfortable talking to all sorts of people.
• Is experienced using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with knowledgeable and supportive team players
