We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Lead to shape and deliver talent strategies across business units in the UK and Middle East. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, ensuring the business attracts, hires, develops, and retains high-performing talent.

Working closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, you will provide market insight, workforce intelligence, and data-led recommendations to support hiring and workforce planning decisions. You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement across talent and recruitment processes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
  • Partner with business leaders and HR on talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
  • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies to support programme growth and new business opportunities
  • Lead complex or large-scale hiring campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Use recruitment data and market insight to inform hiring strategies and workforce decisions
  • Manage relationships with RPO and external recruitment partners, ensuring delivery against business objectives
  • Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and reporting metrics
  • Support international hiring activity and talent capability set-up in new regions where required
  • Contribute to wider EMEA talent initiatives, including EVP, ATS implementation, and organisational growth projects



Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within an in-house talent acquisition or resourcing function
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of UK and Middle East employment practices and legislation
  • Experience operating in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Track record of delivering recruitment campaigns in specialist or skills-short markets
  • Experience managing RPO or external recruitment partners
  • Exposure to international hiring across Europe and/or the Middle East
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies
