An excellent opportunity for a Senior Stores Operative to join our market leading family owned business based in the heart of Shropshire, founded on an ethos of providing solutions for safer roads.

This position is days only Mon - Fri. No weekends, No shifts

Job Summary:

• At all times maintain a safe clean working environment ensuring that safety procedures are followed by you.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure output levels and quality standards are met.
• Support the Team Leader with training of team members and temporary staff.
• At all times maintain a positive/cooperative relationship between your fellow team members and others you interface with across the Company.
• Provide cover for colleagues at any location in the warehouse as required in their absence to maintain output.
  
  

Knowledge and skills required:

• Computer literate using data base, EXCEL, and other relevant software
• FLT licence is essential
• Planning and organisation of self and others
• Self motivated, and able to work under own initiative
• Self disciplined and target driven
• Warehouse experience (pick and kitting operational experience beneficial)
