Job Description
Are you a Senior Social Worker who can find creative ways to solve problems? We have a job within our Placement & Commissioning team that might be ideal for you!
The Placement and Commissioning Team is responsible for finding placements for all children ages 0-18 who need care in foster families, residential homes and supported accommodation. As a Senior Social Worker, you will also be responsible for helping the growth of this service.

- Enjoy working with crisis, at pace and are able to risk assess and make decisions while under pressure
- Can find needs led, quality and cost-effective placements for children and young people needing care.
- Can lead on matching complex children, package sourcing and reviews.
- Can lead and supervise team members
- Is Social Work England registered
