Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant?
We offer a basic salary of up to £29,500 dependent on experience.
Realistic first year earnings are between £33,000 and £34,000.
Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)
Experienced Recruitment Consultant (1-2 years 360 experience)?
We offer a basic salary of £26,000 - £28,500. Realistic first year earnings are between £28,000 and £31,500.
No Recruitment Experience – no problem!
For this role, as you'll be recruiting drivers we're also keen to hear from candidates with a transport or logistics background. If you’re looking to take your first step into recruitment few agencies will offer more support, training, or a personal mentor to support and guide you throughout your career.
If you have a transport background and looking to take your first step into recruitment, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £23,754 rising to £26,000 after 12 months and £28,500 after 2 years subject to satisfactory reviews. With first year on target earnings of up to £26,000 including commission.

Hours of Work:
Standard working hours are from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
