Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Apply your end-to-end recruitment expertise to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across specialist technical roles, supporting Baker Hughes’ North America business.

Use your sourcing expertise to identify and engage niche talent through proactive search strategies, market mapping, talent pipelining and candidate engagement.

Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs, provide market insight and act as a trusted talent advisor throughout the hiring process.

Drive improvements in recruitment delivery by leveraging your knowledge of talent markets, recruitment technology and data-driven insights to enhance hiring outcomes.

Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders while delivering against agreed timelines and recruitment goals.

Skills & Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Experience recruiting within the US market or supporting North American hiring.
  • Strong experience recruiting within technical sectors such as engineering, energy, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to source specialist and hard-to-fill talent using methods such as headhunting, Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping.
  • Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to partner confidently with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical skill areas.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment technologies, or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global and collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
