The Amazon Business Payments team provides net terms/invoicing, working capital and bank-based payments solutions to Amazon Business customers. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.

We are looking for a product manager who has both commercial acumen and product skill sets to grow adoption of our portfolio of Amazon Business Payments solutions. You will be responsible for the regional business payments vision and strategy, ensuring that we are continuously innovating to meet the needs of our small medium business customers. You will work backwards from customers’ pain points and industry trends, own the ideation of solutions to delight our customers and accelerate adoption, and influence roadmap and investment priorities. You will also be responsible for adoption goals and own senior leadership management and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial and product management skills. You should be able to think strategically and define a product vision and strategy that will address customers’ needs and accelerate adoption. To be successful, you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can influence investment priorities, earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and communicate with senior leaders. You need to be comfortable with building investment cases and making high judgement decisions. You also need to have the ability to be agile, and manage milestones and priorities in a fluid, fast-moving environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
