Overview:
Mipa Paints Ltd is an established German industrial coatings and automotive paint manufacturer, with an increasing UK distribution network - new Head Office and state-of-the-art Training Centre located in Havant, Hampshire.The company wishes to expand its Marketing Team to continue raising the company’s profile in the UK
Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team.A varied role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies, content creation and social media management.We’re looking for someone who is a team-player and wants to make a genuine contribution to company growth.This role will be the point of contact for junior members of the team, supporting them with queries and coaching them through any potential challenges
Key Accountabilities:
To deliver on the Company’s overall marketing plan and strategy, you will successfully manage and implement a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
Market research & strategy - to define and maintain an understanding of the Company’s share of the markets and segments it operates in
SEO - to increase the Company’s visibility and traffic to the website
Social Media management - driving customer service excellence through interactions on our platforms
Creation of digital content - image editing, technical and promotional videos etc
Trade/ Exhibition Shows - Automechanika and DSEI
Web marketing development including E-commerce/ web-ordering - Front-end site development, supporting the current roll-out our shopify platform
Requirements:
Strong market research and analytical insight
SEO expertise
Social-media proficient
Capable of producing a range of digital content
Events management
Website development: E-commerce/ Shopify/ web-ordering platforms
Person Specification:
Essential
Ability to operate in a fast-paced commercial environment
Well organised, working with multiple tasks and priorities
Creative and innovative, strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills - telephone manner and written English
Ability to work under pressure, focused on hitting targets
Good interpersonal skills with a positive manner, team-working capabilities
Desirable
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within industrial/ automotive sector
Relevant Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
