THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Infrastructure – Systems Team is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will provide enterprise level specialist infrastructure support on Active Directory, Cloud, AVD, Azure, O365, VMware and associated storage.

The Senior Infrastructure – Systems Team is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will provide enterprise level specialist infrastructure support on Active Directory, Cloud, AVD, Azure, O365, VMware and associated storage.
Specific duties
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable with the following:
- Microsoft Azure and O365
- All aspects of Active directory and AAD, including detailed group policy
- Enterprise domain management
- Azure AVD
- PowerShell and other scripting languages (detailed)
- General networking (ideally Palo Alto and Cisco)
- Server Host hardware, SAN switches and provisioning (e.g., EMC)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022
- Proxy servers (eg., Smoothwall)
- Microsoft Auto Patch and Azure Update Manager along with systems hardening
- Exchange 365 administration
- Microsoft Intune Management
- Creation and maintaining documentation and technical designs
- Cloud SaaS solutions
- AV solutions
- Lead on technical projects.

The Ideal Candidate
- Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL (preferred)
- Experience with service management ticketing systems
- At least 3 years in a similar role
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work occasional out of hours is also required but overtime is available.
- Project Management skills
