As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates for roles in the Education sector. You will be expected to develop relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate contracts and provide an outstanding level of customer service. You will also need to have a good understanding of the Education sector and be able to identify suitable candidates for roles.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
