This is your chance to lead from the front, bringing vision, innovation, and serious results to the table. Here’s how you’ll make magic happen:

  • Own and scale our paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key platforms. You’ll design full-funnel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and maximise ROAS.
  • Turn our website into a conversion powerhouse. You’ll lead SEO and CRO initiatives, collaborate with UX/UI to craft a seamless user journey, and optimise performance at every touchpoint.
  • Design smart, automated nurture journeys in HubSpot. Leads will get the right message at the right time, every time — moving smoothly from first click to conversion.
  • Be our data whisperer. You’ll track key metrics like CPL, ROAS, MQLs, and conversion rates, turning insights into actions that continually improve results.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with our content creators, designers, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that are as visually compelling as they are effective.
  • Stay ahead of the curve. You’ll bring fresh ideas, explore new tools, and champion emerging trends to keep us sharp and one step ahead.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If…

  • You’ve got 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • You’re hands-on with paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics
  • You love data, but you think creatively too
  • You’re a confident collaborator who can also run with your own projects
  • You’re excited to grow within a high-energy SaaS company

What You’ll Get

£35k–£40k salary plus performance-based bonuses

24 days holiday plus bank holidays and duvet days

Monthly rewards and performance perks

Hybrid working options after probation

Top performer trip abroad

Learning and development budget

Company-funded wellbeing support

What to Expect

  1. 30-minute intro call with our Marketing Manager and People & Talent Lead
  2. 1-hour task/competency-based interview via Google Meet
  3. Final in-person interview at our Northampton HQ

We usually wrap up the process in 2–3 weeks — we move fast!
