Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2x permanent Senior Development Officers to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Business Intelligence team.
What You Will Do
We are recruiting for a Senior Development Officer to join a small team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to support the Business Intelligence operational requirement for NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that directly improve patient care and support clinical and managerial decision-making across our health board.
NHS Ayrshire and Arran is ambitious in developing its Digital services to support organisational change and modernise service delivery for the benefit of staff, patients, carers, and the public. You will act as a key advocate of this agenda.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
You will possess a degree or evidence equivalent experience in a Business Intelligence discipline. Experience and in-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and concepts is essential along with the experience of using healthcare data for testing and validation purposes.
The ability to problem solve through the analysis and assessment of complex data is essential along with the ability to generate clear and concise presentation and report writing skills.

Hours
37 hours per week - based on a flexible, hybrid model of remote working and occasionally on-site.
Car Licence/Car Ownership Is Essential To This Role.
