This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Whitwell-on-the-Hill office. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory office days. Due to the beautiful remote location, access to your own transport is essential. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

£13.75 + £1.66 (holiday pay) = £15.41 per hour

About The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Business Intelligence professional with strong Power BI expertise to join our Commercial team on a fixed-term basis. This role combines commercial analysis with business intelligence, supporting revenue growth through insightful reporting, budgeting, yield management and data-led decision making.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will support the team’s BI Executive to maintain and enhance an established reporting suite, resolving reporting and data issues, and ensuring the business has access to accurate, timely and meaningful commercial insight.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys using data to support commercial decisions, collaborating with stakeholders and continually improving reporting to meet the changing needs of the business.

• Experience working in a commercial/revenue generating role such as sales or a retail manager.
• Experience with achieving financial targets/budgets, and planning revenue generating initiatives.
• Experience with attending and contributing to trading meetings.
• Strong Power BI expertise.
• Someone who enjoys using data to support commercial decisions.
• Senior leader/stakeholder collaboration experience.
• Experience of continually improving reporting to meet the changing needs of the business.
