Salary: £35,848.00 to £38,028.00 per annum. (including sleeps paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.80 to £14.85 per hour depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:
- A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
