An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Senior Business Administrator within the Adult Social Care Mental Health Admin team. We are looking for applicants who are open to new ideas and who would welcome the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the demands of our County. You will be working within a community team supporting them to deliver the mental health service across East Sussex. The role will include minute taking Safeguarding Adults at Risk meetings.
This role covers countywide office locations; Eastbourne, Hastings, Newhaven, and Uckfield. Currently our service is working from home and 1 day a week (as a minimum) in the office.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Can
Monday 8.30 - 17.00 - 1 hour lunch
Friday 08.30 - 16.30 - 1 hour lunch
Plus a choice of either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 - 1 hour lunch.

- Effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
- Deal with challenging and distressed clients on the telephone and face to face
- Communicate effectively to a range of people.
- Exercise discretion dealing with sensitive information, maintain confidentiality.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
