Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contactPrepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accountsProvide proactive business advice and tax planning strategiesDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsSupervise and mentor junior team membersIdentify and pursue business development opportunitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
Profile
Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)Minimum of 5 years' experience in practiceStrong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislationExcellent client relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
