We are pleased to announce an exciting internal opportunity for the role of SEND Café Coordinator — a dynamic position that blends operational leadership with meaningful learner support
This unique post combines responsibility for the day-to-day running of the college café with the delivery of specialised support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities, and sensory impairments
The successful candidate will:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, supportive, and hands-on individual with a passion for inclusive learning and vocational development. You will demonstrate initiative and reliability in managing café operations, while inspiring and motivating learners to build confidence and practical skills. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of both the café and the wider College community

- Lead all aspects of café operations, including stock management, health and safety compliance, and event coordination.
- Coach and mentor learners in vocational skills such as food and beverage preparation, customer service, and business operations.
- Collaborate with course tutors and support staff to monitor learner progress and promote the development of life and employability skills.
