- Oversee the provision of Special Educational Needs (SEN) support across Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.
- Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support strategies are in place.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, making adjustments as necessary to optimise learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SEN policies and procedures.
- Qualified teacher status and SENCO qualification.
- Proven experience working with students with diverse needs in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create and implement effective strategies to support student progress.
