Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire UK (Hybrid 1-2 days on-site)

Because of a key strategic account growth, we have a requirement for a security-cleared Scrum Master based in the UK working at our customer site in Cambridgeshire and remotely.
Leidos has more than 30 years’ experience of developing and running some of the largest government systems in the world. We currently have a permanent vacancy for a Scrum Master to support the development of an IT application and infrastructure solution providing support to a critical operational end user.
The Scrum Master will be joining a team of highly skilled and highly motivated individuals who are working in one of the UKs leading programmes. Applicants must have DV clearance to start in the role.
The successful candidate will be a qualified experienced Scrum Master with experience of carrying out a variety of roles within the agile development lifecycle, including working within challenging timescales.

Pay Range
Pay Range £44,400.00 - £66,857.50

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Required Skills
- Experience of agile delivery, particularly the use of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Demonstrable experience of managing delivery of IT services to UK government customers.
- Demonstrable experience of asset and knowledge discovery supporting the creation of knowledge articles.
- Demonstrable experience of the facilitations of SCRUM events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Understands Sprint performance, how to measure how effective sprints have been.
- Demonstrable experience in working with product owners to identify, deliver and prioritise activities required to build the product backlog.
- Demonstrable experience of working with varied scrum teams at a mix of virtual and physical locations to deliver against the scrum sprints.
- Demonstrable experience of coaching team members
- Significant experience in complex solutions for large government organisations or private corporations using a diverse engineering and technology team
- Happy to, where necessary attend and visit Leidos and customer sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate other stakeholders at difference sites.
