The role of School Catering Assistant:

  • Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy
  • Operating a dishwasher
  • Putting away deliveries
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Serving food to pupils
  • Setting up and clearing the dining area

The ideal School Catering Assistant:

  • Able to work as part of a team and enjoy a catering environment
  • Previous professional food handling experience desirable
