Purpose of the Role
In this newly created position within our New Business, DES, and Life Sciences department, you will act as the vital link between our commercial ambitions and operational excellence.
Your mission is to streamline the sales cycle by providing high-level administrative and coordination support. This ensures our sales teams can focus on building relationships, while you manage the critical documentation and processes that underpin our growth in the UK market.

- Manage incoming customer inquiries
- Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks are executed with precision

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of sales proposals and tender documents
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the sales team with meeting preparation, travel coordination, and event management
- Ensure all activities comply with internal quality standards and UK regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or high-level administrative role
- Ideally, experience within a technical or industrial environment
- Strong proficiency in modern office software and CRM platforms
