We are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our team:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Ledger Assistant to support the effective running of our sales ledger function. This role is key to ensuring accurate billing, timely income collection, and strong management of customer accounts across the organisation.
You will bring a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, with the ability to manage high volumes of financial data accurately and efficiently. A strong customer focus is essential, as you will interact with patients, clinics, insurers, and third-party providers, ensuring queries are handled professionally and sensitively. You will also demonstrate excellent organisational skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who embraces continuous improvement, is comfortable using finance systems and digital tools, and contributes positively to a collaborative team culture aligned with our values.
