- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers from all backgrounds in a professional manner.
- Proven customer service approach with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Effective organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confident IT skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable; however, full training will be provided for driven candidates with the right attitude.
- Full UK driving licence is required.

- Achieve sales targets for new and used Mercedes-Benz vehicles, accessories, and approved finance and insurance products.
- Conduct thorough follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate loyalty for future sales.
- Continually maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, service, and administration to ensure an outstanding overall customer experience.
