Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our vibrant team, responsible for securing reservations, contract exchanges, and completions of new homes. You'll be key in providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining the highest presentation standards for our sales areas, and driving sales to meet company targets. If you're passionate about property, sales, and delivering top-notch customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive reservations, contract exchanges, and completions in line with company targets.
  • Customer Experience: Guide customers through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to handover.
  • Sales Process: Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of sales.
  • Sales Area Presentation: Ensure show homes and sales areas are kept clean, welcoming, and ready to impress.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and use insights to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and external agents to close deals and meet targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in new home sales or a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the conveyancing and mortgage application processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficient in using sales systems and Microsoft Office.
