Base.com is growing—and fast. We're on a mission to transform how businesses manage e-commerce logistics, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at our Brighton HQ.

As a Sales Development Representative at Base.com, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll play a vital role in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales success. If you're motivated, curious, and love a challenge, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential leads

Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales team

Book discovery meetings for Account Executives

Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns

Requirements

1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience

Excellent communication skills—written and verbal

Confidence, curiosity, and a team-first mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Based within commuting distance of our Brighton town centre office
