Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday plus 1 in 10 Saturdays
We are supporting a fast paced, customer focused organisation seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator.
This is a key operational role working within a structured, prestigious environment, ensuring customer applications move smoothly from approval through to completion. You will play an important part in maintaining efficient workflows, resolving issues and delivering a seamless end to end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Of The Sales Administrator
- Manage customer applications from approval through to completion
- Coordinate with customers and third parties to progress cases efficiently
- Identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact timelines
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and case management systems
- Provide clear and consistent updates to customers throughout the process
- Support efforts to improve turnaround times and operational efficiency
- Handle inbound enquiries when required, delivering a high standard of service
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and team focused approach
- Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
