Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that signed contracts from our sales team are efficiently processed, quality checked and transitioned smoothly to service fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and quality check signed contracts provided by the sales team.
- Manage rejected and objected contracts, troubleshooting issues to overturn, some phone time may be needed.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and communications in our system.
- Communicate with customers via phone or email to set up quotations.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize contract management processes.
- Achieve monthly targets for go-live rates and expedite contract transitions.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in contract management, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
