Based in the Central Belt of Scotland with hybrid working, this is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation that’s modernising and scaling its global reward offering.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders across 39 markets
  • Use and maintain data through bespoke internal systems, Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), and benchmarking platforms

This Role Would Suit Someone Who:

  • Has proven experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits role
  • Is confident using job evaluation methodology – ideally Hay
  • Brings strong technical expertise in market benchmarking and data analysis
  • Has worked across multiple markets in a global or matrix environment
