We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Revenue Protection team as a Revenue Protection Inspector based at Preston.

Our Revenue Protection Inspectors are COMMITTED to keeping our customers safe while travelling with Avanti. They support both the On Board and Stations teams to allow customers to Travel across our network seamlessly and comfortably.

What is the purpose of the job?

  • To be a key player within the Revenue Protection Team by providing the highest level of service encompassing the roles and responsibilities of both Security & Revenue Protection.
  • Collaborate with On Board and Station teams to ensure every customer enjoys a safe, relaxing journey with a warm, friendly, and professional touch.
  • Safeguard our revenue by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers with their travel needs, offering clear and accurate information at all times.
  • Provide expert ticket advice to both colleagues and customers.
  • Support during service disruptions and emergencies, offering timely advice and assistance to customers. Using initiative to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
