This is a high-volume outbound calling B2B sales role, focused on engaging with Clear Businesses existing customers to renew their contracts and retain the products and services Clear Business supply them. A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns to Clear Businesses values and sales behaviors, with a customer-centric focus always maintained.

What We Want You To Do
- Outbound call to Clear Business customers to retain and renew products and services contracts
- Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
- Complete all reports, system and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop an expert level knowledge of Clear Business’s products, systems and business processes
- Create excellent working relationships across the Clear Business colleague community
- Achieve all commercial targets in a consistent manner (month-by-month)
- Achieve all agreed activity targets
- Operate within Clear Business quality guidelines
- Achieve all objectives agreed with the Customer Growth Sales Manager
- Receive above par scores from customer satisfaction surveys and internal feedback
- A minimum of 2-years demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B sales, retentions or customer service role
- Experience of negotiating multiple product, price and contract terms with customers
- A good level of understanding of B2B sales processes
- A good level of understanding of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales organisations
- Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems
- Good written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to individual customers
- High level of attention to detail and organisation, with a sense of ownership, pride and responsibility for the accuracy of own work
- The drive, resilience and focus required to win in a competitive sales environment
- A genuine interest in own development and learning needs, with the energy and desire to act on them to improve own performance
- A professional and pleasant demeanour, with the desire to create good working relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Industry Experience: Information Technology, Utilities and/or Service provision preferred, but not essential
- Location: Within commuting distance of office location, essential
